Beef Rossini was named after former Gioachino Rossini. It comprises a beef tournedos and topped with a hot slice of foie gras, slices of black truffle and finished with a Madeira demi-glacé sauce.

Steak au Poivre or pepper steak is a French dish that consists of a steak, traditionally a filet mignon, coated with coarsely cracked peppercorns and then cooked.
