2 pieces of 150 g thick beef steaks β€’ 2 tablespoons of ground black pepper β€’ 5 tablespoons of fresh cream soup β€’ 20 g butter β€’ 1 tablespoon of oil β€’ salt

  • Season the steak with the ground black pepper.
  • Heat the pan with some butter and oil, pan-fry the beef on high heat, 1 to 3 minutes per side, sprinkle some salt and keep warm.
  • Pour the cream in the pan, cook for 3 minutes, stir until the sauce becomes creamy.
  • Serve the steak with grilled cherry tomatoes and mixed veggies.
