2 pieces of 150 g thick beef steaks β’ 2 tablespoons of ground black pepper β’ 5 tablespoons of fresh cream soup β’ 20 g butter β’ 1 tablespoon of oil β’ salt

- Season the steak with the ground black pepper.
- Heat the pan with some butter and oil, pan-fry the beef on high heat, 1 to 3 minutes per side, sprinkle some salt and keep warm.
- Pour the cream in the pan, cook for 3 minutes, stir until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Serve the steak with grilled cherry tomatoes and mixed veggies.
