600g ground beef • chopped chives • 8 gherkins • 5 tablespoons of capers • 2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard • 1 tablespoon of oil • salt and pepper
Cooking 👩🍳 👨🍳
- Mix the minced meat with the mustard, the capers, the gherkins cut in small dice and the chives, salt, pepper and make 4 palets.
- Heat a pan with the oil and quickly cook the beef palets, just 30 seconds on each side to keep the “tartare” style.
- Serve the tartare-style ground beef with a watercress salad and some fries.
